What is the shelf life of Näak energy bars and powders?
Most of our products have a shelf life of 12 to 18 months. You can find the specific 'Best Before' date printed on the individual packaging of each item.
Where do you ship within North America?
We currently ship to all provinces in Canada and all states in the USA. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your specific location and selected shipping method at checkout.
Are Näak products suitable for vegans?
Yes, we offer a wide range of plant-based products. While some of our original lines utilize cricket protein, our 'Ultra Recovery' and many 'Ultra Energy' items are 100% vegan-friendly.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food products. However, if there is an issue with your order or a product is damaged, please contact our support team within 14 days for a resolution.
